Elvira Schmidt is a director in the Global Outcomes Research and Pricing group at Analytica International in Lörrach, Germany, and has been with the company for over 10 years.
Ms. Schmidt has led many types of projects, providing multi-faceted client support with a primary focus on systematic literature reviews and study management. She has managed and conducted primary research such as comprehensive global health economic phase III companion trials, as well as observational studies, including a registry. Further experience encompasses the development of global value dossiers and value messages, various medical writing projects, and application software development projects.
Elvira Schmidt earned a Masters degree in Nutritional Science from the Justus Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany. Prior to joining Analytica, she worked in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Clinical Nutrition at the University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland, where she gained a broad medical background and insight into clinical practice and health care.
